REFUND POLICY

By Boutique – 14-Day Returns Policy

At By Boutique, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following terms:

 

Returns Window

•You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s).

•Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

 

Return Conditions

•Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

•We strongly advise using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage. By Boutique is not responsible for lost returns.

•Returns must be initiated via our Returns Portal before sending items back.

•Original postage costs are non-refundable.

•Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear—including but not limited to make-up marks, deodorant, perfume, fake tan, or similar—will not be accepted.

Faulty Items

•If your item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team within 48 hours of receipt, providing your order number and clear images of the fault.

•Items are considered faulty only if they arrive damaged. Items worn and damaged after use will be regarded as general wear and tear and are not eligible for return.

 

Return Inspection & Refunds

•Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return criteria.

•You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected.

•If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
