WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
At BY BOUTIQUE, we’re proud to offer worldwide shipping so you can enjoy our collections wherever you are. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and courier delays. All orders are dispatched through our trusted shipping partners, selected based on the delivery country.
Important Information
- We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses.
- BY BOUTIQUE is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on local regulations.

UK SHIPPING
Our UK shipping rates are as follows:
- UK Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5.99
- UK Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £4.99
- UK Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm (Order by 1pm Mon – Thurs) – £15.45
- UK Royal Mail Guaranteed Saturday Delivery (Order by 1pm Friday) – £22.99
Please note the cut off for Next Day Delivery is 1pm Mon – Thurs. A Next Day order placed before 1pm Friday would arrive on Monday. Our team does not work Saturday and Sunday.
Saturday Delivery is for UK addresses only. The cut off for Saturday Delivery is 1pm Friday.
During peak periods such as Black Friday, we recommend placing Saturday Delivery orders before 11am Friday due to exceptionally high courier volumes. While these service is paid, it cannot be guaranteed during peak trading periods.
For orders shipping to Northern Ireland or Isle of Man, we only offer UK Standard Shipping. Next Day and Saturday Delivery are not available to addresses in Northern Ireland or Isle of Man.
CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES
Customs duties, taxes and import fees may apply to orders shipped outside the UK, depending on the destination country. Duties and taxes are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
If you have any concerns about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.
If an order is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes and is returned to BY BOUTIQUE, original shipping costs and return shipping fees will be deducted from any eligible refund.
